Based at 1 Gladstone Street, New Bilton, Rugby CV21 2JP on the corner of Gladstone Street and Avenue Road. It consists of a large meeting room, and a smaller room that leads into the lavatory suitable for disabled Centre users. The entrance door is extra wide to accommodate wheelchair and electric scooter users. It has two portable ramps for use at the entrance and to the lavatory. It is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act.
